CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing to DB MICE.
- Cancellations notified by 30 July 2026 will receive a full refund of the registration and accommodation fees.
- Cancellations notified between 30 July and 30 August 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration and accommodation fees.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 30 August 2026.
- All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.
Airport Transfer Service
During the congress, shared shuttle transfer services will be available between Antalya Airport and the Congress Hotel, as well as between the Congress Hotel and Antalya Airport, at scheduled times.
Shared transfers will be organized according to participants' flight schedules and will be operated subject to sufficient demand.
The transfer fee per person will be determined after the flight schedules have been finalized and will be communicated to participants requesting the service.

Participants using the system for the first time must create an account by selecting "Register".
